The first 6 weeks are about building familiarity, confidence and quality form while mixing up your current training methods.

Maybe you feel your physique hasn't progressed in a while, and you don't know why.

Creating a platform to let you improve form and confidence will stimulate new change. Add that in with new training methods, and training more of your body, more often will lead to a lot of progress at a very fast rate. 

Things to know about this phase:

  • It's all about building familiarity, confidence and quality
  • We are preparing our bodies to get stronger in phase 2
  • You can use the priority system if training doesn't fit in for you

We've included a downloadable file to guide you for any workout warmups. We've provided options for both lower and upper workouts, and they're designed to take no time at all to get you ready to avoid injuries and still save time!
